In July, we hosted a renewal of Vows, followed by three very unique weddings. The new chef started in April, taking us on a new food journey. This included rearing our own Lamb for the Sunday Lunches which we launched on Fathers Day.
We hosted our last Ladies Day in aid or Ty Hafan and Macmillan.
In November we hosted our annual Christmas shopping event
. The restaurant was fully booked that evening with over 120 plates of food being served to shoppers. We had a few hundred people through the doors. We also hosted our first Clairvoyant evening which blew us away. December was Christmas Party
season! Three evenings of great entertainment & over 180 people!
We employed two new therapists in October who are able to offer a broader range of services. Catrin & Abi are able to offer different styles of massages, holistic therapies, nail care, facials and so on. The spa continues to grow with new packages becoming available all of the time.
December saw our last group accommodation weekend.
The guest kitchen and lounge were completely redesigned. We now have a new bar for daytime and evening service.
The restaurant boasts dining space for over 40 guests across two rooms. The bar, finished with a penny bar top, is a new addition completely. It was opened a week before Christmas and it’s going from strength to strength.
