January Fitness Classes
Book into one of our January fitness classes now before their full. Christmas is in a few days time and if you’re anything like us, you’ve demolished plenty of chocolate and mince pies already. We’re already planning for the January shred and we’re here to help you too!
We have a range of classes for you to join. Whether you’re looking to sweat or strengthen your core, we’ve got something new for you to try. The classes will be in our new fitness studio!
Free Taster Classes
In order for you to try something new, we have arranged a week of FREE taster classes fro the 8th of January. Come along, bring a friend and kick start the new year with no obligation.

We’re exited to launch two new fitness classes this January. Karen will be starting Kettlebell classes on a Tuesday and Tanya will be here on a Thursday with Jungle Body Konga. This class is new to Llety Cynin.
