Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are suitable for everyone of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Joining a class is the ideal way to kick start your fitness regime, with 16 fitness classes a week, we have plenty to choose from! All members now get 3 FREE classes of their choice per week. Non-members and additional classes fees are £6 each.

January Fitness ClassesNofio Bach

“Nofio bach” or small swimmers is a baby swim class. This class is aimed at pre-school children and a parent. The children can start as soon as the health visitor is happy for them to do so.

Nofio Bach Classes are the ideal way for a parent to introduce their baby to the water. Diane will teach both parent and baby vital techniques through play, building their confidence in the water. Nofio Bach is the first step in a babies swimming development and is also a fantastic way for a parent and baby to bond.

Diane Phillips is a fully qualified instructor. The classes are £5 per session. Discounts available when booking a series of classes.

Water-Based Fitness Classes

We have 2 water-based fitness classes at Llety Cynin. Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Flex.

Water-based classes takes the strain off your body while you exercise. The water supports up to 90% of your body weight, helping to reduce stress on joints, ligaments and muscles.Aqua aerobics is an aerobic class, pairing movements to music to give the body a full work-out. This class is 1 hour long.Aqua flex is a gentler, shorter version of the aerobic class. This 45 minute class incorporates slower movements while still giving the body an all-over workout.

All of the aqua classes are run by Diane who is a fully qualified instructors.

High Energy Classes

Insanity, PiYo, Bootcamp & Piloxing are all high energy classes.

Mind & Body

Pilates & yoga both give the body and mind a workout. These classes are lower tempo though working on the strength and core muscles of the body. Yoga has the spiritual element too.

Yoga is run by Kirsty. She is a qualified instructor who works on body and soul during the 90 minute sessions.

Pauline runs the pilates classes twice a week. The hour long sessions give the inner core muscles a workout and will also relax and help relive you of stress.
