We have a fitness class suitable for everyone of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Joining a class is the ideal way to kick start your fitness regime and we have over 12 classes a week so there are plenty to choose from.
Most of our memberships include 3 FREE classes of their choice per week*. Non-members and additional class fees are £6 each*.
*Tai Chi is £8 for non members & £2 for members.
