Welcome to Llety Cynin, a converted coach house on a working dairy farm, in the heart of West Wales. Conveniently located on the Carmarthenshire – Pembrokeshire border, we are just a stone’s throw away from some of Wales’s most popular attractions.
Llety Cynin has a total of 13 guest rooms. We have standard double rooms, family rooms for up to 5 guests and our favorite room, the Cwtch. Due to the nature of our beautiful building, some of our rooms have sloped ceilings. Perfect for those who want to stargaze in bed!
Most rooms have smart TV’s, including access to Netflix. Some of our rooms are equipped with Zip & Link Beds, enabling us to split a super king size bed into a twin bed. This allows us to be as flexible as possible when it comes to booking your ideal room.

Overlooking the car park towards the farm, this cozy room can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time.
Suitable for two guests in either a King Size bed or Twin Beds.
Not only does this room have a Super King Size Bed that can be split into a twin, but it has a sofa bunk bed!
The smallest of our original rooms, this room has a double bed.
Helygen is a cosy room with shower ensuite and king size bed.
This family room is suitable for 3 guests.
Situated next to the bar, this room is our ground floor, double room.
The smallest of our modern rooms, room 9 is located next to the function room.
Suitable for up to 5 guests, this room has a Super King size bed, Single Bed & Sofa Bunk Bed.
This king size room has an ensuite with a bath and overhead rain shower.
Families or couples can enjoy room 12.
Our favourite room! Occupying the entire loft of our extension, this quirky room has a bathroom overlooking the farm.
This room can be offered as a twin or super king size room. There’s a rain shower ensuite, Netflix enabled TV and views overlooking the farmland. This room connects to room 12, ideal to accommodate a family of 6 or even for two friends travelling together but wanting their own space! Accessible by lift.
Great for larger families and comfortable for couples too! This room has a large walk-in or roll-in rain shower with grab rails, lots of floor space and Netflix enabled TV. The room is most suitable for guests of limited mobility and looks directly out onto the farm yard!
Equipped with a sofa bunk bed and King Size bed. The ensuite has a bath with an overhead rain shower. Overlooking the fields, this room is ideal for up to 4 guests. 6 guests can be accommodated by unlocking the connecting door and occupying room 9 too!
The bath has a hand held shower attachment. The twin beds, king size bed and sofa bed make it ideal for up to 5 guests. The sitting area includes two easy chairs, a bookcase and netflix enabled TV. The views from this height are of the farm and surrounding fields. This room is accessible by it’s own staircase.
